At Fit with Mohit, we offer personalised digital diet plans, weight-loss programs, and online consultation services. Since all products are digital and customised, please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances for digital products, diet plans, or consultation services once delivered or initiated.
2. Digital Delivery Policy
All plans are delivered digitally through email or WhatsApp. Once delivered, the service is considered completed and no refund will be issued.
3. No Refunds for Incorrect or Accidental Purchases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Accidental purchase
- Change of mind
- Not liking the plan
- Personal reasons after delivery
- Wrong selection of plan
4. Duplicate Payment Refunds
If any duplicate payment is detected due to technical issues, we will verify the transaction and refund the duplicate amount only.
5. Not Received Your Plan?
If you have not received your plan within 48 hours of payment, reach out to us and we will resend it after verifying your order details.
